12 Week Challenge

Do you have a lot of weight to lose? Are you trying to shed the last 10lbs and build lean muscle? Do you want to put on mass? We teach you how to calculate your macros according to your personal weight loss/fitness goals.

We encourage Responsible Macro Counting (slightly different than IIFYM where literally, “if it fits your macros” it’s ok). The emphasis is still on clean eating but with the 80/20 rule. 80% clean, 20% fun.
