Yeeshin, Pam and Lina have been part of the Go Girl family since its inception over 11 years ago. They were some of the early founding members who have embodied the Go Girl spirit by doing everything together, right from the beginning.
They worked out in class together, they trained for a half marathon together, they became trainers together, and they are now the owners of Go Girl together.
Together, they discovered a passion for fitness as they were transforming their own bodies. That passion drove them to want to give back the same support, community, and magic that they experienced as members by becoming trainers at Go Girl.
Owner, Trainer & Weight Loss Coach
Yeeshin is a certified personal trainer and kickboxing coach. Her passion is to help women transform their bodies, minds and tap into their inner warrior. She began her journey as a Go Girl client who also wanted to take control of her health after being diagnosed with PCOS (a hormonal disorder that inhibits weight loss). She is the proud mama of 2 beautiful girls who inspire her to be the best version of herself everyday.

Pam is a passionate, driven and fitness obsessed CanFitPro certified trainer (PTS). She completed her level 1 & 2 kickboxing certification and has been training for the last 5+ years. After 15 years in the corporate world she left her full time job to pursue her passion for fitness and health. She strives to provide members with a fun and intense fitness atmosphere allowing members to discover how strong and capable they truly are.

Lina Della Serra
Owner, Trainer & Weight Loss Coach
As a certified personal trainer, Lina trains and coaches clients 1-1 as well as in the bootcamp and weight training classes. After going through a difficult milestone in her life where she was tested personally, professionally and physically, she discovered her own personal transformation and discovered the determination it takes to transform your body, health and mind. This inspired her to pursue a second career doing what she loves leaving behind her corporate role as an Executive Producer in the Toronto commercial film industry. Lina’s mission is to help other women just like her, find, renew and restore their life through personal discovery and transformation.
Lina’s Philosophy: No matter what your circumstances, age or ability, it is never too late to change your body , heal your life and find well being. Believe in the possible, with faith in yourself taking consistent and persistent action there are no limits to what you can achieve.
Trainer, Canfitpro Certified Group Fitness Instructor & Yoga Teacher
Alana is our resident Yogi who helps us bring a little ohm to our daily stressful life. As a certified group fitness and yoga instructor, Alana teaches a variety of classes but her heart lies with yoga. She is always expanding her knowledge so she can implement them in her classes. Her yoga classes are a great compliment to our HIIT workouts as they help to stretch out tight muscles and to clear our minds.

Stephanie began her journey with Go Girl 5 years ago when she won a free 1 month membership in a raffle. Within a month she discovered a new passion for fitness and love for the Go Girl community. As the Client Coordinator, Stephanie is the first point of contact for Go Girl clients. She understands first hand how intimidating it can be walking into a gym for the first time. Now, she enjoys welcoming new members to the community and making them feel comfortable and right at home – like part of the family. When Stephanie is not at Go Girl, you will find her spending time with her husband and 3 children. They love camping and battling it out – Mario Kart Style!
Stephanie’s Mission: I know how intimidating it can be walking into a new gym. I want to make every new member feel welcome and included as a part of our gym family.
Certified Personal trainer (PTS), Dance Choreographer & Teacher
Joanna is an enthusiastic, passionate and dedicated certified canfitpro personal trainer (PTS) and coach. While her love for fitness stemmed from her extensive dance career as a competitive choreographer and teacher, her commitment to living an active healthy lifestyle is infectious to those around her. When Joanna is not at the studio teaching dance, or at the gym training clients, she is either at a hockey arena or baseball diamond with her husband cheering on her two talented boys who continue to motivate her and make her proud everyday! Over the last five years Joanna has and continues to be a proud Go Girl member, striving to inspire and encourage women to be the best they can be and to trust the process that she has personally experienced through her journey with the Go Girl community.
Joanna’s Philosophy: An active healthy lifestyle makes for a happier healthier life! Eat well, sweat often and dance your heart out! Thats the key to looking and feeling amazing while having fun along the way!
Samantha Della Serra
Samantha is a devoted and energetic CanFitPro Certified Fitness Instructor (FIS), and mom to a beautiful daughter. Her love of movement started out at a young age as a disciplined and passionate competitive dancer. Her dance career is what taught her of the positive effects exercise has on the body, mentally and physically, and in turn sparked the start of her fitness journey in life.
Samantha has been teaching fitness classes for 6 years. Her goal at every class is to make it fun, challenging for each fitness level and different from the last. “I want every woman to come to class, leave behind their stress and take that time for herself, sweat it out and smile!” Her greatest rewards are seeing the real-life impact and achievements of the woman in the GoGirl community! Samantha believes that with the right training program, a bit of determination and support, anyone can achieve their goals.
Samantha’s Philosophy: I’m looking at the big picture. An active, healthy lifestyle makes for a happier, healthier life. What’s more important than that? I don’t look at exercise as a punishment or a chore – it’s an essential part of my every day that always helps me to feel my best. I think people focus too much on how food and fitness make them look on the outside and this can cause a lot of unhappiness and pain. When you are able to focus on how great healthy eating and regular workouts make you feel, all of the pieces start to fall into place.
