Bring your mat and come join us for one hour of total relaxation. Members spend  time stretching and learning to use their breath to help go deeper into the stretches. Learn to pay attention to your breathing, to slow down and  how to relax the body and the mind. It’s a great compliment to our boot camp classes to help relieve those sore muscles. Yoga has been proven to reduce stress and to help nurture and get back in touch with our bodies and our minds. Take time for yourself because you are SO worth it! Namaste
